Their responsibilities include conducting analyses and developing insights, preparing analytical models, analyzing large data sets, and understanding how digital solutions can address client pain points. They capture current processes, prepare work plans, design to-be processes, work directly with client teams and facilitate meetings to enable decision making. Additionally, they organize and prepare recommendations on client issues and participate actively in new business development, thought leadership and firm building activities.
