partnerships with key stakeholders to support the growth and success of Vida. This includes
identifying, qualifying, and negotiating partnerships with companies that can provide
complementary products, services, and technologies, as well as with government agencies and other organizations that can help Vida achieve its business goals.A Day in the lifeStrategy Development:
o Help create Business Models for an opportunity for pursuing a partnership
o Identify potential partners to enhance product offerings, expand into new
markets, or improve market penetration.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership opportunities with business goals.
Partnership Management:
o Build and maintain relationships with partners to ensure ongoing collaboration.
o Negotiate terms and conditions of partnerships, ensuring they align with
company objectives.
o Coordinate with internal departments to streamline and optimize partner
integrations.
Market Analysis:
o Continually assess market trends, competitor activities, and potential partner dynamics.
o Adjust partnership strategy based on evolving market and organizational needs.
Reporting and Communication:
o Provide regular updates to senior management on partnership
developments, challenges, and opportunities.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to effectively communicate partnership news and benefits to the public and stakeholders.
Performance Measurement:
o Develop KPIs and metrics to assess the performance and value of each
partnership.
o Ensure partners adhere to the agreed terms and responsibilities, and address any discrepancies or conflicts promptly.
Pilots & Incubation
o Conduct pilot by liasioning with Internal &
External stakeholder.
o Incubate the idea and pilot to a level, where it can be handed over to the
Business teams.Academic Qualification & ExperienceA degree in business or a related field.
4-6 Years of relevant work experience.Technical Skills/KnowledgeStrategic thinker who is able to blend consulting and business strategy to develop compelling plans for new partner initiatives.Behavioural SkillsMust be comfortable with complexity, and thinking on multiple levels of
abstraction.
