We have a job opening for Manager & Sr. Manager-Finance & Accounts with one of the listed Company based in Mumbai.

Job Role & Responsibility

• Preparation of financial statements - Standalone & Consolidated (as per Ind AS) and various need-based MIS and reporting the same to Management on weekly/ fortnightly/monthly/ Quarterly basis. Reviewing the profitability & costs & various segment wise reporting.
• Monthly Branch Level MIS
• Data Analytics related to Business Scenario
• Preparation of yearly budgeted P&L & presentation to management for variances.
• Ledger Scrutiny to ensure completeness & for recording of revenue and Expenses
• Handling taxation matters of the Company including filing of TDS Returns, Service
• tax Returns, Income tax returns, issuing TDS certificates, etc. Replying to the IT dept.
• / Service tax dept. for any notice/demand etc. raised against the Company & handling
• scrutiny assessments & making various submissions for scrutiny assessment. Liaising
• with various consultants for tax compliances.
• Liaising with internal and external auditors and getting the audits done smoothly &
• within due course of time.

Education: CA Mandatory

Experience: 3 - 4 years of post-qualification work experience in Finance & Accounts profile in NBFC/HFCs (under Ind AS)
