Manager/Sr Manager- LMS Administrator- Insurance Industry - Gurgaon - 6+ YearsLocation: MumbaiJoin a dynamic team to spearhead the management of an advanced Learning Management System (LMS). This role involves driving digital learning strategies, system development, implementation, reporting, and ensuring seamless integration to meet organizational growth goals.Your Future Employer: A renowned insurance leader known for fostering innovation and excellence in professional development.Key Responsibilities * Spearheading digital training strategies to support organizational growth and presenting updates to leadership.

• Managing LMS development, testing, maintenance, and ensuring seamless operations.
• Collaborating with internal teams, IT, and vendors to enhance LMS functionalities.
• Designing and configuring learning journeys, gamification, certifications, and analytics dashboards.
• Conducting end-user training, creating manuals, and maintaining system documentation.
• Developing performance reports and dashboards to assess training ROI and identify improvement areas.

Requirements * 6-7 years of experience in LMS management or related roles.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or a relevant field.
• Expertise in LMS tools, eLearning software, advanced Excel, SQL, and coding (preferred).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
