The ideal candidate will also have a strong grasp of virtualization technologies and a proven track record of delivering robust and scalable device management solutions1. Endpoint Management
o Configure, deploy, and manage devices across platforms (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) using Microsoft Intune and Jamf (Jamf 100 certified).
o Create and enforce device compliance policies and profiles for secure access and usage.
o Automate device provisioning processes, including Zero Touch and Apple Business Manager integrations.
2. Security & Compliance
o Implement and manage endpoint security policies, including encryption, anti-virus, and vulnerability management.
o Regularly monitor and remediate non-compliance issues using Intune, Jamf, and associated tools.
o Execute remote device management activities, including data wipes and loss prevention strategies.
3. Virtualization Solutions
o Design, deploy, and manage VDI solutions such as Citrix, VMware Horizon, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
o Troubleshoot and resolve VDI performance issues and ensure high availability.
4. User Support & Experience
o Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for endpoint-related issues.
o Collaborate with IT support teams to ensure optimal device performance and user satisfaction.
o Develop and maintain user documentation, FAQs, and training materials for devices and VDI environments.
5. Integration & Collaboration
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT infrastructure, networking, and security, to align endpoint management strategies with organizational goals.
o Stay updated with emerging trends in endpoint management and virtualization to recommend and implement innovations.Skills & QualificationsSkills & Qualifications

• Technical Expertise:

o Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro (preferably Jamf 100 trained/certified), and endpoint management across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
o Hands-on experience with VDI technologies, including Citrix, VMware Horizon, and Azure Virtual Desktop.

• Problem-Solving:

o Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint management and virtualization issues.

• Security & Compliance:

o Knowledge of enterprise security practices, including encryption, compliance, and device protection strategies.

• Soft Skills:

o Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
o Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications

• Jamf 100 or higher certification.
• Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure Security Engineer).
• Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Familiarity with MDM/EMM solutions other than Intune and Jamf.
