Role Name: Manager, Senior Salesforce Developer - Corporate Technology Desired Experience Range: 10+ years Location of Requirement: Hyderabad. Must-Have: .10+ Years of technical experience. .Hands-On experience of working 8+ years with Salesforce as a developer. .Experience with Integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. .Experience leading and managing a development team in a fast-paced environment. .Experience managing delivery of Salesforce development. .Able to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions. .Experience with Apex and Visualforce. .Experience with Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows. .Experience with Lightning web components, Lightning platform. .Experience with CPQ, Sales andService Cloud. .Experience with CI/CD and Deployment tools. .Experience with providing technical solutions and supporting documentation, implementing development standards across teams. .Testing and debugging apex code, ensuring quality and performance of the Salesforce application. Good to Have: .Experience with Experience Cloud. .Strong troubleshooting skills on these platforms. .Minimum knowledge and understanding of financial markets are desirable. .Ability to work independently and in a team environment. .Ability to communicate effectively in English with all levels of staff, both orally and written. .Ability to manage own work and multitask to meet tight deadlines without losing sight of priorities under minimum supervision. .Highly motivated, self-directed individual with a positive & pro-active attitude to work. .Customer and service focused, with determination to meet their needs and expectations. .Be driven and committed to the goals and objectives of the team and organization. Detailed Responsibilities: .Must interact with global teams in time zones spanning UK, US, APAC areas. .Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other cross-functional teams to understand project goals, req uirements, and deliverables. .Develop high quality solutions on the Salesforce platform in line with business requirements. .Support Go-Live through activities such as system design consulting, developing software platforms, capacity planning and launch reviews. .Participate in Project related activities to meet operational needs. .Manage project priorities, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery within established deadlines. .Provide a high level of customer service, whilst working under pressure. .Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous enhancement of development processes. .Collaborate with administrators and integration teams to design and implement seamless integrations with other systems. .Support with technical discussions, problem-solving, and issue resolution related to Salesforce. Education and Professional Skills: .Professional qualification or equivalent. .BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or STEM degree (Desirable). .Solid English reading/writing capability required. .Strong communication & articulation skills. .Curious about new technologies and tools, creative thinking and initiative taking. .Relevant DevOps certifications will be beneficial. .Agile related certifications preferable.
