The National Accounts Manager / Senior National Accounts Manager Hi-Tech & Conglomerates will lead strategic client engagements with technology companies and conglomerates, providing tailored logistics solutions that address the unique demands of these industries.Job Purpose
This role focuses on driving revenue growth, increasing service quality, and maintaining strong client relationships in the Hi-Tech & Conglomerates vertical.Key Responsibilities
Key Account Management & Revenue Generation

  • Develop strategic relationships with top technology firms and large conglomerates.
  • Expand Blue Darts presence by offering value-added services, such as expedited shipping and customized handling.
  • Meet revenue targets by creating innovative, data-driven logistics solutions for high-tech clients.
Advanced Logistics Solutions & Technology Integration
  • Implement tech-driven solutions, including real-time tracking, automated warehousing, and predictive analytics.
  • Enhance security protocols for high-value shipments to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
  • Work with operations and IT teams to integrate cutting-edge technology for improved service efficiency.
Market Analysis & Competitive Positioning
  • Stay informed on the latest technology trends, including Industry 4.0, IoT, and AI-driven manufacturing.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and enhanced client value.
  • Share industry insights with leadership to align Blue Darts offerings with market demands.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Execution Excellence
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of logistics solutions.
  • Partner with clients to anticipate challenges, address concerns, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Work with finance and legal teams to create competitive contracts and ensure compliance with all agreements.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
  • Essential: MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Business Management.
  • Preferred: Certification in Supply Chain Analytics, Technology Logistics, or Project Management.
Experience
  • Overall: 812 years of experience in key account management or logistics for technology firms or conglomerates.
  • Proven ability to develop innovative logistics solutions and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Experience managing high-value shipments, advanced warehousing, and automated distribution networks.
