Job Description
JD for the position of Senior Manager / Associate Vice President is as attached: -- Support the company\'s distribution initiatives and build relationships with key distributors- Increase market share & visibility amongst select key distributors and manage new distributor empanelment- Joint calls with distributor RM in a competitive market and assist them in documentation- Channelize key market intelligence to the products & Investment team- Liaise with investment team for investment ideas, distributor\'s visits, concalls, etc.- Liaise with Operations & Customer Service team to provide seamless experience to customers- Ensure compliance with regulatory framework at all times & with brand value- Follow applicable KYC norms & other regulatory requirements- To complete mandatory certifications & other knowledge upgradation activities- Constant updation on new products & best practices- The role incumbent will be responsible to plan & implement the distribution strategy through existing & new distribution relationships for that region- Has managed key distributor relationships with MNC banks like HDFC, SCB, Citi, Kotak wealth etc.- Thorough Knowledge & Understanding of AIF & PMS and equity markets- Thorough Knowledge on equity markets- Willing to work in an Individual contributor role (ref:updazz.com)
