No. Title and Description Level of Responsibility Full/ Partial/ Supporting 1 Looking after safety management at assigned regions directly Full 2 Conduct periodic inspections and audit as per HO Schedule 3 Responsible to liaison with project team for safety implementation 4 Impart training as per HO schedule & need based. KEY DELIVERABLES / KEY RESULT AREAS Maintaining safety standards and zero incident rate. Safety inspection and audits as per established SOP. Track, monitor and analyze Health & Safety Audit Observations and compliance. Plan and organize safety training as per approved training calendar. Monitor compliances of safety deviations recorded during inspections, audits, risk assessments etc. Develop safety communications, case study and horizontal deployment for implementation of learnings. Assist in development and review of SOP\'s, WI\'s and Guideline for effective implementation of ISO 45001. Coordinate with region and project team for inputs for management review meeting and Apex Safety Committee meeting. Travel to Regional Sites for training, technical handhold, incident investigation, conducting workshops, safety audit etc. KEY INTERACTIONS (Who does this position interact with on a regular basis to perform this role And for what purpose) Internal External DGM & Sr. GM -Safety PMC Site Heads and Safety Engineers of PMC & Contractors of assigned region. GPL Site Heads and site staff Safety Institutions & safety consultants for training & external audits. Vendors of safety gadgets suppliers MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Minimum Qualification Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Civil/ Electrical etc.) and Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety from Board of Technical Exam or NICMAR Minimum Experience About 10+ years Safety engineers from EPC or infra companies who have ISO 45001 certification will be preferred.
