Experience : More than 14 years
- 14+ years of experience of Payroll processing, HR Compliance and SAP.
- Exp in handling HR Payroll processing and HR compliances
- Must have handled Domestic Payroll
- Should have handled payroll of more than 15000 employee base
- Hands on experience of managing the organisation\'s payroll system, including processing payroll, preparing tax documents, and resolving any payroll-related issues.
- Should be able to monitor changes to payroll and HR compliance laws & regulations and ensure the organization\'s policies and procedures are up to date
- Well versed in developing and implementing payroll and HR compliance training programs for employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including time and attendance, benefits, and tax information.
- Generating reports related to payroll data for management or regulatory purpose
- Experience of liaising with the labour, PF officers for payroll processing
- Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems
- Lead the Implementation of payroll software.
- SAP experience is mandatory .
