Manager/Senior Manager - Intercompany Operations / Consolidation / SOX Compliance - 12+ years - BangaloreLocation: Bangalore/BengaluruSummary:We are seeking a seasoned Intercompany Operations Manager/Senior Manager with expertise in US GAAP, SOX compliance, SAP S4 HANA, and consolidation experience. • Manage a team of 2-3 FTEs, providing guidance, mentorship, and support as needed.
• Utilize hands-on experience with SAP S4 HANA to optimize intercompany processes and drive efficiencies.
• Coordinate the consolidation process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulations, implementing best practices to enhance intercompany operations.

Requirements: * 12-25 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on intercompany operations.

• CPA/CA qualification preferred.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and experience with SOX compliance.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S4 HANA, including configuration and implementation.
• Proven track record of managing intercompany transactions and consolidations in a multinational environment.
