- Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and forging partnerships with banks and NBFCs.
- Deliver strategy work to support the development of Co Lending/Fintech partnerships and other business processes (jointly with the Business and Technical team)
- Will be responsible for designing customer and process journeys and integration with Banks and NBFCs in close coordination with in-house operations & technology teams
- Support Operations team in identifying, verifying, analysing, and implementing process improvement and process re-engineering opportunities.
- Review the existing partnerships and come up with suggestions to improve and maintain a long relationship with lenders.
- Able to engage with cross functional teams within the company as a single point of contact to forge lending partnerships covering digital lending as co-lending/ BC partnership
- Must have practical experience in dealing with different kinds of data and reporting requirements with respect to RBI reporting.
- Define process flows / architecture for new onboardings of lending partners / new business processes and closely work with business, operations and technical team for integration and implementation.
- To support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency of the business processes
Competencies Required:
- Master\'s degree (MBA preferred) from a reputed institute or a CA/CFA degree with relevant experience
- Experienced in scaling sales through a resource-lean model
- Experience in the Banking / NBFC Space for over 3 years
- Client facing role (Corporate Banking/Trade Finance on the side of Dealers)
- Good understanding of Financial Products and Credit
- Strong relationship with other NBFCs and Banks
