Manager/ Sr Manager - Civil Structural @ NoidaOur client is a large engg company offering efficient and sustainable water treatment solutions. They are addressing the needs of large municipal & industrial customers for wastewater and sewage treatment. They would like to fill-up the following position asap.Position : Manager/ Sr Manager - Civil StructuralLocation : NoidaEducation : B.Tech (Civil Engineering), M.Tech. / M.E. (Structure) / Environmental Engineering - Preferred with Auto CAD+MBA.Experience : 15 Yrs with water, hydro or irrigation projects.Compensation : Commensurate with education and experienceRole Responsibilities and Desired Profile :Candidate must be a B.Tech (Civil Engineering), M.Tech. / M.E. (Structure) / Environmental Engineering - Preferred with Auto CAD+MBA with 15 yrs of experience.a. Civil Proposal Pre-bid Engineering, Design & Analysis and quantity estimation of various water retaining structures, structural design (steel as well as RCC), design and estimation of associated general civil works for e.g. roads, drains, buildings, plumbing & drainage etc.b. Review of consultant\'s estimates of design & drawings related to steel and RCC for water retaining structures, review of design of associated general civil works for e.g. roads, buildings, drains, plumbing & drainage etc.c. Technical assessment of Proposals for new Projects through site visits, preparation of pre-bid queries, meeting with client and support for consultant, design / review of consultant\'s documents to optimize civil BOQ within the purview of tender documents.d. Experience in a professional water and wastewater treatment company in pre-tendering proposal management.e. Should have independently handled Proposals for Large Turnkey Water Projects and Water Distribution & Piping Network Projects etc.f. Should be able to understand P & I diagrams and provide cost effective proposals for industrial water treatment plants.g. Should be able to prepare Techno Commercial Offers.h.
