Qualification : M.Sc. in Textile Chemistry / M.Sc./ B.Sc. in Chemistry
Experience : Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar position in Textile industry.
Skills Required:
xefx82xb7 Sound Technical knowledge in textile Chemistry, Microbiology and Chemical Testing of
cotton fibers.
xefx82xb7 To lead a team of Chemists and Microbiologists.
xefx82xb7 Good written and oral communication skills.
xefx82xb7 Decision making skills.
xefx82xb7 Statistical analysis skills.
Job description:
xefx82xb7 Responsible for daily Laboratory operations, including scheduling, staffing and training.
xefx82xb7 Lead and manage the analytical Lab, Microbiological Lab, and sanitation team to achieve key
results.
xefx82xb7 Provide guidance and risk assessment for the resolution of discrepancies, Lab investigations and
corrective and preventive action.
xefx82xb7 Responsible for the Quality of all raw materials, in-process materials and finished goods.
xefx82xb7 Assists production team in efforts to improve quality and reduce waste.
xefx82xb7 Analyse Laboratory data for trends and report on a set frequency.
xefx82xb7 Support activities related to internal / external audits and regulatory queries, as required.
xefx82xb7 Lead and develop Lab technicians engaged in testing activities.
xefx82xb7 Troubleshoot / improve existing analytical methods when necessary.
xefx82xb7 Audit and review procedures, process, data and laboratory preparedness for inspections
xefx82xb7 Ensure all methods validation work in accordance with SOP and guidelines.
xefx82xb7 Co-ordinate with external instrument suppliers for up-keep of laboratory instruments.
xefx82xb7 Maintain manpower discipline in the department, through better inter-personal relationship,
