Qualification: B Com/MCom/MBA/CA Inter
Total Work Experience in P2P: 8 to 10 years
Work Experience in Managing Team: 3 to 4 years
Experience as Assistant Manager around 3 to 5 years will be considered
Work Exposure Requirement :
Excellent hands-on experience in managing P2P processes (end to end), with understanding of accounting principles, reporting requirements, key controls, and risks of the process.
Good people and client management skills set. Ability to set up, streamline, implement processes/procedures and improve the same.
Experience of managing deliveries of accounts payable volumes of 20,000 + invoices a month
Software:
Excellent working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Power Point
Working knowledge of SAP or in any other Financial ERP
Soft Skills Requirement:
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong in accounting knowledge, good academic background
Disciplined and commitment to deliver assigned tasks in stipulated timelines
Ability to guide and mentor teams including at Senior levels
Ability to implement the processes and ensure process compliances
Ability to review data, analyze and present reports/dashboards
Stakeholder Engagement
The ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationships

Work Profile:
Managing and leading the Functional team of AP
Responsible for leading, managing, and overseeing end-to-end accounting and controllership activities
Excellent knowledge of IND AS and IGAAP, Accounting Standards
Managing co-ordination of the Stake holders and work group engaged in function.
Detailed Function delivery planning and control including Developing and maintaining a functional delivery plan.
Recording and managing Process / Functional issues and escalating where necessary.
Resolving cross-functional issues.
Monitoring team progress and performance.
Providing status reports to the Manager/Delivery Head/Client
Maintain Training Needs Assessments for the team and ensure necessary training
Liaison with, and updates progress to Manager/Delivery Head/Client
Provide critical accountability for all accounting related activities; ensure appropriate accounting
Working closely with teams to ensure the function meets timelines and quality needs
