Make a difference every day!Scheme Cash Management:Cash management of the schemes of Invesco Mutual Fund, monitoring and reporting of cash to various stakeholdersRedemption, Subscription, Purchase Refund, Dividend Funding, Switches, Sweep Dividend processing affecting cashflow.Control over the Margin maintenance for each type of security.Regulatory expense payment control maintaining a control over all scheme expenses payment.Liaising with Dealers, Fund managers, Registrar operations team, Custodian, Professional Clearing Member (PCM), Stock exchanges and Clearing corporationsReconciliation review and a strong bank account controlLiaising with the Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors and SEBI Auditors pertaining to respective functionImplementation of new projects and changes brought because of regulatory or business requirement.Support all new initiatives including Cash system development.Benchmarking similar industry practices and work towards implementation of best practiceIdentifying risk and implementing effective controls for various cash processesTrade Settlement:Understanding and executing trade settlement of all trades in Equity, Gold, SLR, Non SLR Securities and Money MarketMonitor the trade exception and to put efficient checks and control for timely detection the error/deviation to ensure proper reconciliation of data.Corporate Action executionNew Broker empanelment and annual review controlsGaining knowledge about and managing back-office processes in front office system BLOOMBERG AIMControl over outstanding position in various systems and regular review and of the same.Knowledge, ExperienceKnowledge of Cash operations of Fund ,securities market mechanism, operations, or Fund Accounting of local FundsMS office with special expertise in Excel, Bloomberg, and other related softwareCompetenciesGood communication & Interpersonal skills.High degree of integrityAbility to work autonomously but know when to escalate.Ability to perform under pressure.Resourcefulness and ability to use initiative.Commercial approachAttributesTo have an eye for detail is very important criteria.Able to build strong working relationships with colleagues and external parties.Strong Team Player having a collegial attitude is very important.Full Time / Part TimeFull timeWorker TypeEmployeeJob Exempt (Yes / No)YesWorkplace ModelAt Invesco, our workplace model supports our culture and meets the needs of our clients while providing flexibility our employees value.
