Role Cost analyst Job Level/ Designation M1 Function / Department Technology/O&M Location Kerala Circle Job Purpose Opex Cost analyst - Bill validation Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Site data base preparation along with RFS date. Alarm database preparation in coordination with IP and VIL field team. Diesel and EB rates for each month need to be verified and keep a track of the same. Tracking of CPH for each site and cross verification with IP bill. EB bill validation of each site and checking the KSEB bills and cross verification with IP bill. Need to keep database of actual DCEM Vs billed DCEM share. Monthly site wise provision inputs need to share with finance along with new RFS details. Monthly debit note workings need to share with finance for all the dispute cases and ensure timely CN for the same. Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience Knowledge on telecom equipment\'s, technologies and Master Service Agreements. Should be able to work under pressure. Basic electrical knowledge on equipment consumption, DG, EB, KWH, power plant channels. Expertise in excel with experience on macros and excel formulas. Should be able to lead discussions with Infra partners and should have excellent negotiation skills. Experience in Opex budget preparation SAP knowledge for PR/PO creation Experience in finance background is an advantage. Must have technical / professional qualifications Experience: 5-10 Years.
