industry best practices, business process,
o9\xe2\x80\x99s solutions, technical architecture and
value proposition.
\xef\x82\xb7 Lead the complete lifecycle of a project
from design to delivery of o9\xe2\x80\x99s solutions
to customers across industries and
geographies.
\xef\x82\xb7 Understanding of our customer\xe2\x80\x99s
requirements by leading workshops with
functional and business owners of the
processes and documenting it.
\xef\x82\xb7 Effectively map the business
requirements into o9\xe2\x80\x99s platform and
come up with a clear, phased achievable
blueprint.
\xef\x82\xb7 Work with a team of experts to configure,
solution as per the design to solve deep
operations / supply chain problems and
institute rigorous performance
monitoring process.
\xef\x82\xb7 Work with the customer to resolve issues
and coordinate defect tracking, analysis
and resolution process.
\xef\x82\xb7 Plan, develop and deliver Super User andEnd User training, for a global user base.
\xef\x82\xb7 Actively help in improving internal
processes and product features based on
customer feedback by interfacing with
the development and operations teams.
\xef\x82\xb7 Support customer demonstrations.
\xef\x82\xb7 Be a mentor and guide to junior
members.Mandatory skill sets: \xef\x82\xb7 7 years of experience with implementing
supply chain planning applications is a
MUST. 2 implementations
\xef\x82\xb7 Statistical, Optimization and Simulation
skills through software tools and
packages like R, SAS, CPLEX or similar is
desirable.
\xef\x82\xb7 Deep understanding of supply chain
planning concepts including Demand
Management, Distribution Planning,
Master Planning and S&OP.
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge and training in databases (SQL
Server, MySQL) and skills one or more
languages like SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similar
is desirable.
\xef\x82\xb7 Proficient in the use of Microsoft
Excel/PowerPoint for analysis and
presentation.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong ability to lead by example and
demonstrate proficiency in both product
and domain.
\xef\x82\xb7 Patient listener with the ability clearly
articulate your view point to manage and
deliver to customer expectations, even
under pressure.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to analyse and process large
amounts of data and complement it with
intuition to prioritize and focus on the
highest value opportunities or the biggestrisks is key.Preferred skill sets: \xef\x82\xb7 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chainand in Supply Planning o9
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in
\xef\x82\xb7 Working with the o9 Supply Planning,
Scheduling
\xef\x82\xb7 Configuring UIs, setting up rules, users etc
on the Supply Planning
\xef\x82\xb7 Good understanding of o9 solver and
inventory module
\xef\x82\xb7 Working with planners / end-users on
user acceptance testing
\xef\x82\xb7 Understanding of key Supply Planning
concepts
\xef\x82\xb7 Good to have - End to End
