Manager-MEP-Project Execution12-18Yrs-MumbaiThis role involves experienced in MEP Project & Maintenance Manager to oversee the design, procurement, execution, and commissioning of MEP systems, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality project delivery. The role involves managing projects from design to final handover, ensuring MEP systems are functional, efficient, and maintainable.Location- MumbaiYour Future Employer:A dynamic and innovative organization, one of the leading global analytical company that provides ratings, research, and risk and policy advisory services. It helps clients make informed decisions by offering insights into credit, market, and economic risks.ResponsibilitiesMEP Design Study: Conducting comprehensive studies to plan and design Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.Bill of Quantities (BoQ) Study: Estimating the quantities and costs of materials and services required for the project.Supervision of Execution and Quality Inspection: Overseeing the execution of projects and performing quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.Testing and Commissioning: Ensuring all systems are tested for functionality and safety before final commissioning.Acceptance and Handover: Completing final inspections and officially handing over the project to the client.Requirements12 to 15 years of experience in MEP project management and maintenance.B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.Expertise in overseeing the design, procurement, and execution of MEP systems.Proficient in testing, commissioning, and ensuring successful project delivery.What We Offer
