Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to help our marketing team in developing and executing strategic initiatives that promote brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record in marketing and communications. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
Brand Management: Oversee brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and positioning.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, email, and events.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the junior members in the marketing team to achieve departmental goals. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Content Development: Supervise the creation of engaging content, including press releases, blog posts, social media content, and marketing collateral.
Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, PPC advertising, social media, and email marketing campaigns. Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed and co-ordinate with the DM agency on a day-to-day basis.
Public Relations: Coordinate public relations activities, including media relations, press releases, and partnerships. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and media contacts.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and ROI.
Market Research: Support and conduct market research initiatives and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Event Management: Oversee the planning and execution of marketing events, conferences, and trade shows.
Reporting and Analytics: Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the success of campaigns. Prepare reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple, multi-layered projects, prioritize, and manage stakeholder expectations

Qualifications
MBA or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree will be preferred.
Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 2-3 years in corporate role.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and social media advertising.
Experience with public relations and media engagement.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
