• A high caliber engineering graduate with >15 years of prior experience in high precision components of industrial engg / hydraulics business verticals with batch production and variety.
• He / She should have a thorough understanding of complete development from machining till CKD.

• Machine selection with right attachments knowledge
• Cycle time setting and productivity improvement knowledge
• PPC knowledge - Releasing routing card, job/work orders, follow up, traceability, machine planning, capacity planning\xe2\x80\xa6
• Lean techniques - SMED, 5S, Housekeeping, HSE, Gemba, Management by Walk, Elimination of waste\xe2\x80\xa6
• Quality comes from process - concept responsible
• Operator and below staff training
• Vendor managing
• ERP implementation in shop
• Maintenance responsible
• Special process responsible - plating, phosphating, coating, welding, HT..
• Knowledge of industry 4.0 is desirable

• Digitalization of process and records
• New product development and establishing it in shop for smooth flow of process and quality
• To work closely with Assembly, SCM and Quality Assurance for creating conducive atmosphere
