PwC US CONSULTING SOLUTIONS - MANAGEMENT CONSULTING
Our Management Consulting team works with our global clients to design and implement growth, operational and customer focused strategies for sustainable competitive advantage. Our thought leadership and unparalleled experience help clients turn formidable challenges into market advantage across the value chain and around the globe. Additionally, our extensive expertise in various industries allow us to serve clients with consulting services with a focus on the most profitable elements of the value chain to create scalable businesses that will deliver increased sustainable profits.
Our Management Consultants work with the client and project teams to support global engagements from India through activities that are driven towards delivering results - conduct analyses and develop insights, prepare excel models, analyze large sets of data, capture as-is processes, prepare work plans, design to-be processes. In addition, consultants also support project lead, work directly with client teams, and facilitate meetings to enable decision making, organize and prepare recommendations on client issues, and participate actively in new business development, thought leadership and firm building activities.
PRACTICE OVERVIEW: WORKFORCE TRANSFORMATION
At PwC, this team of consultants works with their US counterparts to develop both short and long-term Workforce Transformation solutions for our clients. Our practitioners facilitate transformation by conducting strategic change initiatives, designing HR processes, developing, and implementing learning interventions that align with the client's business strategy.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Key Responsibilities:
As a WT practitioner, you will play a key role in helping clients overcome their transformation challenges by developing their change management strategy, providing solutions to improve the operation of the HR function, helping clients sustain organizational performance by providing insights into the organization culture and creating an effective workforce strategy.
As such, the key responsibilities for this position include (but are not limited to):
Engagement Delivery
• Experience in managing change and/or building training for Finance functions and processes and/or the Workday Finance platform
• Knowledge of / experience with Finance processes (e.g., S2P, O2C, R2R, P2P, etc.) and technology (including Workday or other leading platforms, Coupa, and/or Vertex)
• Strategize and deliver change and learning solutions for technology driven or culture-based client transformation journeys.
• Design learning strategies for technology driven, business transformation based and culture-based change programs and bringing creative solutions to enable business readiness and adoption.
• Propose tailored learning solutions for clients through Analysis, Design, Development and Implementation phases by showing a deep understanding of:
+ Instructional Design (ID) or Learning Experience Design (LXD)
+ Adult learning principles
+ Training needs analysis
+ Training strategy
+ Curriculum design
+ Blended learning solutions
+ Role-based learning plans
• Continuously improve learning programs based on feedback, industry best practices, and emerging trends.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using various assessment methods, such as surveys, quizzes, and performance evaluations.
• Ability to use a variety of collaboration tools available to the client to run workshops and presentations.
• Guide and lead the engagement team in the production of high-quality deliverables on time and on budget.
• Promote buy-in of proposed solutions from the top management levels of the client organization; and demonstrate attention to detail required to produce the quality of deliverables that meets or exceeds client and internal leadership expectations.
• Lead the management and risk of engagement and project economics, including planning, budgeting, resourcing.
• Ability to work through ambiguity, flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• Ability to work flexibly across time zones as per project requirements, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient project execution.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
MBA or master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Sociology, Psychology, Marketing, or related fields of study (preferably from premier B-Schools).
Certification in instructional design or training facilitation is a plus.
