Role and Responsibilities: Minimum 2 to 8 Years of experience in BRM (ECE/PDC will be an added advantage). Good functional & technical knowledge of 4 tiers architecture of Oracle BRM system. Should have exposure & good understanding of cloud infrastructure (OCI/AWS) & good to have experience on cloud native BRM implementations. Experience in executing daily BAU activities like billing, invoicing, reporting etc. Thorough understanding of different functional areas like Accounting, Pricing & Configuration, Subscription Management, Rating & Discounting, Billing & Invoicing, Payments & Account Receivable, General Ledger, Collections, Third Party Integration etc. should be there. Should have good understanding of opcodes & able to understand customization. Experience on RODOD integrations, ECE, BIP integration would be an added advantage. Should be able to create pricing plans using Pricing Centre and PDC. Also, should be able to configure customers\' accounts using customer center/billing care. Strong debugging skills and experience in handling functional/data issues with an E2E view. Ensuring contributions to Post Incident Reviews are provided for major incidents and are fully documented within the Problem management system and that root cause and any remedial actions are identified and tracked through to completion within agreed timescales. Knowledge on application performance tuning, multi schema deployments, Upgrade/Data Migration from legacy to BRM is good to have. Strong C, C++ programming skills and knowledge on Java technologies. Knowledge of Unix Shell Scripting, Perl, Web Logic and Oracle SQL and PL-SQL.
