We deliver the best services across IT, Business Intelligence Services, Customer Operations, Business Operations, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, HR Operations, and many more.Established in 2006, _VOIS has evolved into a global, multi-functional organisation, a Centre of Excellence for Intelligent Solutions focused on adding value and delivering business outcomes for Vodafone.A scrum master is responsible for facilitating and guiding the scrum team in adopting and implementing the Scrum framework - which includes organising and leading Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, promoting collaboration and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and values.The scrum master is a crucial member of the Agile development team responsible for implementing and maintaining the Scrum framework. Their primary role is to facilitate the Scrum process, remove obstacles and ensure that the team follows the Agile principles and practices.They work closely with the product owner and development team to plan and execute sprints, daily stand-ups and sprint reviews. Scrum master roles and responsibilities include:

• creating and maintaining project timelines,
• identifying and managing risks, and
• monitoring progress against project goals.
