We are looking for an experienced high-performing Industrial Relations Manager to act as liaison manager between the labour force and management for a private Hospital in Delhi-NCR. You will be responsible for handling day to day administrative matters, hiring and laying off employees, issue appointment/termination letters, notices, warnings etc. Planning personnel needs, and conducting job analysis, handling union matters effectively. You will also need to evaluate performances, manage salaries and wages, schedule employee vacations, provide benefits, resolve disputes, and communicate with employees at every level.Professional:10-15 years of experience in Industrial relations, having exposure to dealing with Unions, Wage Settlement & Employee relations in related industry.Education: Any Graduate, Any Postgraduate, MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial RelationsRole:Candidate should be responsible for Human Resources, Industrial Relations, & administrative activities of a private Hospital in Delhi-NCR.Accountabilities:1) Employee/Industrial Relations:Collective bargaining and accountable for reaching Long term wage settlements in the Institution and monitor company or workforce adherence to Long term settlement.Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering Management policies and helping resolve work-related problems and work place conflicts and resolving employee grievances2) Statutory Compliances:- Represent the Management in the Institution's case in conciliation proceedings & Labour Court in an effective/suitable manner.- Responsible for employee discipline as per the provisions of Service conduct rules/ Certified/ Model standing orders applicable to the company.- To ensure compliance of wage-related laws like Labour Codes, PF, Gratuity, Payment of Wages Act, Maternity Act, ESIC Act etc.3) Experience:- Dealing with labour unions.- Having skills of bargaining and negotiations with labour union and look after day to day affairs of the Hospital.- Managing dispute resolutions involving unions, management, employees or government agencies, etc.- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with employees, management, and labour unions.- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Representing the management before Labour and Conciliation Authorities.Salary: NegotiableJob Type: Full-timePay: From \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
