He/she would be accountable to minimize the impact of the network changes, reduction in human errors by driving change process effectively. As part of network transformation program execution, role demands to work towards identifying operation automation opportunities, collaborate with development team for required deployment, testing and achieving expected benefits. As part of this role, he/should would be required to work with multiple teams locally and geographical spread, demonstrate required agility in order to resolve or reduce number of issues/incidents effectively by exploring multiple feasible options.This role has potential to grow as leading the second line team and also has an opportunity to work in multiple other areas of network operations including unified communication, IP security/DDOS, Mobile roaming and voice operations.
