We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead our HR department and support our mining operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, a deep understanding of the mining industry, and the ability to drive HR initiatives that align with our business goals. Responsibilities: HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company\'s goals and growth plans. Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent, with a focus on safety and compliance. Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Compensation and Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs for employees. Performance Management: Establish and oversee performance appraisal systems to drive employee development and productivity. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees, emphasizing safety and compliance training. Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with relevant labor laws and industry regulations. Safety: Collaborate with safety teams to ensure a safe working environment, fostering a culture of safety awareness. HR Metrics: Analyze HR data to track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering professional growth and development.
