What you\'ll doThe IT Development Specialist focuses upon the development of applications / products in line with the technology roadmap and standards. The IT Development Specialist delivers development of programme logic for new applications / products or analysis and modification of logic in existing applications (activities may also include elements of technical testing). Typically reports to the Senior IT Development Manager of the Head of Technology.

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle SOA/AIA, OSB and ODI.
• In-depth understanding of RODOD implementation.
• Knowledge of SOA/REST API implementation in Oracle Fusion Middleware.
• Understanding of software design patterns and principles
• Proven ability to work independently; designing, developing, and deploying solutions, and to deliver projects on time with minimal direction.
• Experienced in creating response to RFP\'s.
• Ability to listen and evaluate all opinions without bias, and contribute to a common culture of excellence.
• Strong communication skills (written, interpersonal, presentation), with the ability to easily and effectively interact and negotiate with business stakeholders.
• Strong ability to pick up complex concepts and processes quickly

Must Have Skills

• Technical degree or equivalent.
• Oracle SOA/AIA, OSB and ODI.
• Software engineering background

• Highly Skilled in Programming using Java/J2EE, EJB, Web Services, XML/XSLT, XQUERY
• Expertise in implementing applications using Oracle Database 12c and above, SQL, PL/SQL is required.
• Experience implementing integration using JMS, SAF agents etc
• Highly Skilled and able to handle independently in areas of designing SOAP/REST integration API\'s using SOA, OSB and ODI.
• In-depth understanding to O2C and AABC PIP flow in RODOD.
• Exposure to WebLogic domain performance tuning and Capacity planning.
• Understanding to ODI Data model and ETL framework.
