We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - Finance Change Delivery


Principal responsibilities :


• Provide REMIND Support functions to the line finance and resolve queries of Finance users.
• Participate in Transformational projects and cross value stream initiatives.
• Review Change request from group, evaluate the reporting requirement from IFRS, FINREP, perform Impact analysis and create rules in REMIND reporting system.
• Work with upstream, downstream system and business teams for change implementation and gain banking experience while working with different global businesses right from capturing data to its reporting.
• Conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) on REMIND changes related to service delivery. Liaise with IT teams to ensure issues identified during UAT are either resolved or workaround solution identified.
• Proactively assist site FIN teams on their queries of REMIND and share the best practice to maximize usage of REMIND to support financial/regulatory reporting.
• Develop understanding of the REMIND Interface logic and build SQL/system queries to extract interface data and assist users in financial reporting.
• Develop understanding of the Google Cloud platforms and new technologies, be willing to participate in the change management whenever the opportunity arises.
Requirements
• B Com /M Com /CA(Inter) /CWA (Inter) /CA /MBA with 7-10 years of experience.
• Experience in GL and reporting Systems or related education.
• Knowledge of IFRSs and awareness of banking/finance concepts
• Experience in data analysis, problem solving, documentation including process maps and working towards tight deadlines.
