:

As a part of the Bank\'s ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Team, the individual will be responsible for: * Taking forward the ESG strategy of the Bank, and assisting in its implementation

• Maintaining regular MIS of ESG information
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for taking forward initiatives and information collection
• Assisting in regular reporting across statutory and voluntary frameworks, and rating agency requirements
• Interacting with consultants and internal stakeholders for gathering intelligence around recent trends, risks and opportunities from an ESG standpoint
• Running point on internal sustainability campaigns, and helping in propagating the ESG focus through various channels
• Assisting the ESG department in its overall administration and operations

• Strong understanding of key environmental, social and governance topics, and concepts of materiality. Knowledge of sustainable finance is desirable.

Technical skills and competencies

• Have worked in the Sustainability/ESG/Investor Relations/ Risk domain, either with a corporate or with a consultancy (2-4 years). Knowledge of implementing ESG strategy and/or reporting in an organization.
• Masters in business/ sustainability/ economics preferred. However, qualification is a secondary criterion if the person exhibits knowledge and has relevant experience.
• Practical knowledge of at least two of the following five sustainability reporting frameworks: GRI, SASB, BRSR, Integrated Reporting/ISSB, TCFD
• Excellent presentation skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word)
• Aware of trends in the industry, and ability to draw actionable insights
• Have basic understanding of business concepts and how ESG adds value to business
