Must have been in a role for leading Employee Central track for large multi-country implementation for international or domestic customer 2. Must have good knowledge and hands-on experience of Employee Central all functionalities - Foundation, Position Management, Employee Master Data, Employee Life Cycle Events, Time Off, and Benefits. 3. Must have independently led the design workshops for customer 4. Must have an understanding of leading practices and industry best practices 5. Must have a good understanding of platform-level integration of other modules with Employee Central 6. Must have an understanding of the end employee life cycle on the SF platform 7. Must know integration capabilities of Employee Central with S4H, 3rd Party Payroll and other systems 8.
