Job Title : Manager - Donor Relation & Service
Required Experience : 6-8 years
Purpose of the Job : Deliver all donor-related activities and expectations with ownership on delivering desired quality, effectiveness, efficiency, and correct cost. It is a critical role in maintaining strong relationship with donors and ensuring their needs & enquiries are addressed timely.
Responsibilities :
Donor Communication:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned donors, responding promptly to
inquiries, acknowledgments, and requests for information.
2. Cultivate strong relationships with donors through regular communication, including
emails, phone calls, and personalized correspondence.
3. Meet the communications requirement of CSR partners, cover the donor event and
contribute to the creatives, content, and social media post.
Donor Recognition and Stewardship:
4. Implement strategies for recognizing and acknowledging donors, including thank-
you letters, videos and donor appreciation events.
5. Ensure that donors receive regular updates on the organization's activities, impact,
and achievements.
Database Management:
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of donor information, interactions, and
contributions in the organization's database.
7. Keep track of donor contributions, preferences, and engagement metrics to improve
the funding & collaboration prospects.
Donor Reporting:
8. Prepare high quality, analytical impact reports with relevant data, graphs & tables.
9. Ensure adherence to project commitments, timelines, input & output matrix, fund
utilization and submission of reports & other compliances as per TOR/MOU.
Donor Feedback and Evaluation:
10. Solicit feedback from donors on their experience, and use this information to
improve donor satisfaction and retention.
11. Evaluate the effectiveness of donor relations strategies and make continuous efforts
for improvement.
Compliance and Ethics:
12. Ensure compliance with CSR law/rules and ethical standards related to fundraising
and donor relations.
13. Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity in handling donor
information and transactions.

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
