You click on the ad, check out the benefits and decide to apply. You fill out the information about yourself in the application form, take a selfie or a video, upload a photo of your passport and recent bank statement and click submit. Seconds later youre approved. The card is instantly available on your phone to use and start earning rewards, getting a free Uber or Deliveroo, or getting you access to restaurants and great travel experiences.This is the kind of experience youll be working towards as part of our team - owning part of the application/onboarding journey. Youll help reduce the friction for people to apply for a card while ensuring we meet the complex set of regulatory standards in each country to protect against fraud and other criminal activity.Your responsibilities include:\xc2\xb7 Understanding and representing user needs, both customers and internal teams\xc2\xb7 Collaborating with local market teams to stay on top of market developments and the competition\xc2\xb7 Analyzing data for insights into customer usage and behaviour to drive the product strategy and roadmap\xc2\xb7 Prioritizing product features and capabilities\xc2\xb7 Partnering with engineering and design functions throughout the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and ongoing iteration\xc2\xb7 Overseeing the delivery of product roadmap in collaboration with go-to-market, engineering and design functions, often coordinating with other delivery teams\xc2\xb7 Lead and coach a small team of 1 to 2 product owners responsible for the product deliveryMinimum Qualifications\xc2\xb7 5+ years experience of product management shipping features that delight customers and users. If youre passionate about technology improving lives and have go-to-market or other highly relevant experiences were happy to consider your application.\xc2\xb7 Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Youre able to articulate the reasons behind your work and bring others along with you. The skills stretch from writing customer journey narratives and mocking up wireframes to share with engineers to inspiring go to market teams with our strategy and roadmap.\xc2\xb7 Strong collaboration & relationship skills - we are a relationship-oriented company, that values diverse perspectives. You will be the evangelist for the strategy and roadmap but wont be successful without bringing others along with you. Your ability to listen deeply, contextualise your insights are essential to achieving the best outcomes.\xc2\xb7 Interdisciplinary experience. In addition to the standard product functions of design and engineering, you have experience working with analytics, business development, communications/PR, marketing, and third-party distribution partners.\xc2\xb7 The spirit of an entrepreneur with an ability to contribute to product design, project management and technical ideas.
