Experience in Die & Mold or Press & Mold components.Understand and analyze the market trend & opportunities.
2. Plan, develop & implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company\'s overall business objectives.
3. Track and analyze sales performance data & achieve sales targets.
4. Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve goal.
5. Maitain high customer satisfaction level in West region.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers achieve high satisfaction level to Cu.
7. Provide feedback and coaching to help sales team members improve their performance. 8. Maintain and manage clear communication with other stake holders of the company to run the branch operation efficiently.
