The organization builds and evolves key products and services to enable the Colleague Experience Group (CEG) and the business. The CS organization manages the ecosystem of CEG products, processes, platforms, applications, third party partners, colleague insights and reporting, and colleague-related risk, compliance, and governance.Within Colleague Services, the Colleague Insights team is seeking a senior data scientist to lead CEG\xe2\x80\x99s AI efforts for employee-facing use cases. As a senior manager on the team, you will combine strong quantitative analysis skills with a deep understanding of business dynamics, using your expertise in ML and AI to delve into large datasets, conduct data exploration, and derive actionable insights. Your work will directly impact key business areas, guiding strategic decisions, including talent mobility, employee retention, recruitment, and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion initiatives.Beyond your proficiency in data science, you will display a constant drive for learning and outstanding communication skills.
