Summary-We are looking for someone with strong experience in R&D and Technology Transfer pertaining to FMCG industry.If the role excites you read further.Location- BangaloreYour Future Employer-One of the fastest growing FMCG company in India,Asia,Africa and Middle East which offers the most diversified range of consumer products and and technology.With more than 15 manufacturing units operational across different countries.Roles & Responsibilities-

• Strong work experience in Personal care & Home care Industry - R&D Development team.
• Able to work with different diversified teams like R&D, marketing, sourcing and manufacturing.
• Should have strong knowledge of technology transfer from R&D to factory.
• Willing to travel heavily to in house manufacturing locations and third-party units.
• Knowledge in Project management tools- MS Project.
• Interface between R&D, Sourcing, Manufacturing and Marketing.

Requirements-

• Qualification- B.Tech/M.tech (Chemical Engineering) / PhD (Chemical/Pharamaceutics/Chemistry)
• Experience- 7 to 10 Years in Relevant Industry
• Should have strong interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge in packaging development process - aware of different formats of packaging and its development cycle - like rigid packaging, flexible packaging.
• Basic knowledge in mold making and qualification of packaging materials.
• Knowledge in cosmetics regulatory affairs is an added advantage.
• Should have knowledge of import and export registration process and its regulatory process
