Location: MumbaiSeeking an individual with 10+ years of experience in solution delivery, product platform development, enterprise architecture, or solution architecture.Your Future Employer: A renowned, global organization and industry leader in specialty insurance and reinsurance, proudly serving a diverse customer base worldwideResponsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to provide architecture support, best practices, and leadership direction to teams in the Global Delivery Center in India.
• Lead high-performing hybrid teams, drive automation, and simplify processes. Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and development, while ensuring effective day-to-day operations and meeting deadlines
• Establish governance cadences to measure KPIs, communicate with stakeholders, and drive the adoption of best practices. Participate in technology and business transformation workstreams to deliver outcomes that meet organizational need

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, RPA tools, and the full Microsoft technology stack, including Cloud, Data/Database, Power automation, and UiPath. Experience with agile development methodologies is also required
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and influence technology teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Hands on Experience in handling Global Stakeholder
