: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Media Sales to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concept selling, advertising sales, and event sponsorship's, with a deep understanding of the Marathi media landscape. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage relationships with clients, advertising agencies, and corporate partners. - Sell advertising space in special supplements, print & digital platforms, and sponsorship packages for events. - Conceptualize and pitch innovative advertising solutions tailored to client needs. - Work closely with editorial and event teams to develop compelling media and sponsorship packages. - Drive revenue growth through consistent client engagement and market development. - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations. - Ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery and post-sale support. Requirements: - 6 to 10 years of experience in media/ad sales, preferably in print, digital, or event-based media. - Proven track record in concept selling and meeting/exceeding revenue targets. - Must be fluent in Marathi - both spoken and written. - Strong network of corporate clients and media agencies in the Mumbai region.
