The teams out of these Centers have achieved remarkable results in process quality and delivery capability, resulting in a loyal customer base and a reputation for excellence.The Senior Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Cloud & Digital Strategy will help the Cloud/Digital Strategy practice lead (PL) outof Hyderabad/Bangalore. S/he will be responsible for supporting the PL in managing the relationships with MD\xe2\x80\x99s and Partner\xe2\x80\x99s for the Acceleration Center\xe2\x80\x99s growth, strategic agenda, delivery of projects, staff engagement, capacity planning/management. S/he will build a culture of continuous improvement and will work closely with the business leaders and executive leadership team.We are seeking a skilled and experienced Appian Developer Manager to lead our team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Appian platform. Science)/MCA with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience.Minimum of 10+ years of experience working with the Appian platform, including design, development, and implementation.5+ years of experience in configuring, debugging, and systems integration including configuring forms, reports, underlying logic, and interface components as a developer.5+ years of experience with relational databases and SQL scriptingStrong technical skills in Appian development, including knowledge of Appian SAIL, Process Modeler, Records based applications, CDTs, Datastore, Authentication in Appian (SSO/ LDAP/ Client VPN), third-party integration services (REST/SOAP) and Appian architecture.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading and mentoring technical teams.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome technical challenges.Experience working with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Building of Technical Assets and AcceleratorsKnowledge of Java/J2EE platform is a good to have.Should cross skill and cross train as per the business requirements.Ability to mentoring and train junior team members both in Appian and other low code technical skills.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome technical challenges.Proven experience managing a team of developers in an Agile environment.Work location:Applicant should be willing to work from Hyderabad/Bengaluru (Bangalore) locations.Applicant should be willing to work in second shift (2pm \xe2\x80\x93 11pm).Certification Preferred:Appian Lead certification preferredAny other low code / BPM certificationsEducation (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred:Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified)Required SkillsOptional SkillsDesired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified)Travel Requirements Not SpecifiedAvailable for Work Visa Sponsorship?
