Main responsibilities:

• Prepare budgetary offers and provide cost inputs to the sales team for work related to workshop activities.
• Manage Workshop KPIs such as Utilization of resources, financial margins, Quality of work, and customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for team development, Learning, and certifications.
• Ensure QHSE policy is followed by the department.
• Coordinate activities with other departments.
• Prepare monthly reports as per requirements.
• Prepare a budget for resource requirements for the department.

Qualification & Experience requirement:

• Diploma / Graduate Engineer in Mechanical/Electrical/Marine Engineering
• 10-15 years of relevant experience.

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

• Must have Working experience in overhauling & refurbishment of major diesel & gas engine parts.
• Must have Experience working with workshop machine tools is a must-have
• Must have Experience in propulsion repair
• Have a commercial mindset
• Take responsibility
• Write and speak fluent English
• Willing to travel regularly
• Should be a good ambassador and role model for the company and colleagues
• Have natural leadership skills
• Used to work in a stressful work environment
