FunctionIndia BUPay BandE4 to M2RoleAs a Manager Warranty, you will be part of the Customer Experience- India BU and will report to Head- Warranty. The purpose of your role will be:
1. To evaluate the warranty claims received from the domestic market on technical and commercial front.
2. Ensuring timely settlement of Warranty Claims of channel partners.
3. Educating Channel partners for Quality submission of claims.
4. Coordination with CQA/ PMG/ Field team for product stabilization in the market.A purpose driven role for youYour key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Evaluation and timely settlement of warranty claims for a Zone
2. Implement and adherence of organisation Warranty policy among Channel partners.
3. Identify the Top Contributing Warranty concerns (priority of incidences/ top emerging product concerns) & put action plan in place by raising WTIR.
4. Responsible for maximizing the recovery from vendor against Warranty failed parts by establishing the defect through joint inspection along with CQA, SQA.
5. Development & enhancement of training module for testing the technical parameters of components before replacing.A Day in the lifeAs the Warranty Manager, you will be incharge of managing the timely settlement of warranty claims for a zone and identify top contributing warranty concerns. You will also be responsible for responding to the channel partners for their technical/commercial queries.Academic Qualification & Experience- B.E./ B.Tech.- Mechanical/ Electrical/ Automobile- 3-5 years of experience in Warranty and technical support in Automobile OEM/ Tier 1 Suppliers. Should have worked in Market quality / Field Quality/ Supplier quality/ Field ServiceTechnical Skills/Knowledge- Technical knowledge/Product knowledge
