We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - Visualisation Analyst, Digital Finance Visualisation


Principal responsibilities


• Work within the Finance function preparing dashboards for the Finance and Business users
• Create dashboards on Qlik Sense for Business Performance Metrics which includes Financial and Non-Financial metrics
• Load data from the data sources into the Qlik Sense server using the HSBC IT recommended architecture, development methodology and build the front end applications
• Develop Qlik Sense apps on Enterprise & Cloud Environments.
• Should have exposure to data modelling and be capable of building reporting data models for Qlik Sense dashboard reporting.
• Deploy and maintain applications in the Qlik Sense Server and Perform user acceptance testing of the Qlik applications.
• Document the dashboard development & configuration process and train the end users on using the Qlik Sense.
• Provide Production Support and Maintenance for Qlik Sense Dashboards
• Assist / Train Dashboard SME's and Citizen developers on Qlik Sense.
Requirements
• Multiple years of experience within a Business Intelligence.
• 4 - 5 years plus of specific Qlik Technologies and at least 2-3 years within Qlik Sense
• Expert Qlik Sense knowledge with practical commercial experience, ideally of a large-scale implementation.
• Strong all-round SQL, business intelligence and data warehousing experience.
• Agile Methodology
• Knowledge of key technical delivery aspects as well as understanding of business context / requirements
• Javascript, CSS and JSON experience would be desirable
• Understanding of Big Data tools like Pentaho or any other databases of large scale and ETL process
• Knowledge on Control M scheduling tool is a plus
