Job Title Manager | Valuations & Advisory (Financial Modeling and Feasibility Studies) | Bangalore Summary This role is responsible for the strategy and execution of critical initiatives at client site. This includes assisting in the backend analysis, client related activities as well field activities.About the Role:

  • Exposure in Real Estate advisory - Research, Feasibility studies, demand-supply analysis, highest & best use reports, Financial Modeling & concepts
  • Project execution from start to end based on the discussions between the seniors and the client
  • New business development shall be a part of the job, where the candidate is expected to bring in new clients as per the targets set within the team.
  • Report writing such as, feasibility report, market research report etc., conducting market surveys, preparing financial models, and make meaningful presentations for the clients.
About You:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Team management skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to effectively present information, comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex reports/documents.
  • Postgraduate qualification or CA / Inter CA or any similar combination of education with 3+ year of relevant experience in real estate valuations.
