Regional treasury will be in charge of handling and financing requirements for responsible for the cash and liquidity risk management, financial risk Colgate Palmolive. As a developing function, the Treasury Operations Manager is encouraged to support in bank and cash reconciliations, ensuring all operational activities are driven in accordance with policies and procedures, and FX, Investment and trade confirmations/settlements. Reporting to the Associate Treasury Director, the person will be handling regional treasury operational activities and the performance of the treasury back office operations team. Other specific responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

Handle the preparation of the daily cash flow forecast and cash positioning.

Daily review of cash and bank reconciliations between SAP and bank statements.

Ensuring that all external debt and interest is accurately accounted for and correctly reported on the financial documents working in conjunction with Accounting and Financial reporting as needed.

Handle the execution and approval of ad-hoc treasury payments.

Review the confirmation, and settlement of FX transactions.

Support regional reporting requirements.

Assemble data to help front office analyze and review treasury risks (i.e. interest rate risk, FX risk (transaction and translation).

Liaise with back office counterparts globally on business continuity planning to ensure preparedness for contingencies

Supervise cross-border payments (ad-hoc & non-trade).

Supervise compliance of all treasury activities relative to policies and market standard methodologies.

Handle month end closing process and revaluation. Handle the confirmation of treasury investment and borrowing deals and settlement processes.

Qualifications:

Graduate degree in Finance or Accounting required.

MBA or Masters in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related degree preferred.

Minimum 5 + years of prior experience in Treasury, Accounting, and/or Finance functions.

Familiar with using Treasury management systems - familiarity with Bloomberg and SAP strongly preferred.
