Job SummaryReporting to the Global People Ops & Service Delivery Leader, this role will be a key member of our function working very closely within an encouraging and inclusive People function. You will work closely with various global leaders in the People function to identify and drive transition projects. You will be responsible for managing process transitions within the People Operations.Key Responsibilities:Transition planning and Management:Plan, project manage and execute the overall Transition Program for People functionOverall transition management of existing People processes into People OpsPartner with the People function Lead/s and People Ops teams in delivering the transition program for the FunctionMonitoring and reporting of overall transition progressIdentify and monitor transition risks and issues, propose and implement corrective actionsEnsure successful delivery of Transition outputs (DTPs, Process Maps, SLA/OLAs, other for the People Function)Work together with Project Management/PMO/CoEs, and Work-streams on the Program to deliver the Program objectivesEnsure efficient and effective transition deliveryCollaborate with, support and manage relevant Function CoEs and teamsEnsure effective communication between key stakeholders groups for each transition (Program Team, Function Leadership, Knowledge Capture Teams, Other)Successful training of People Ops Knowledge Capture TeamsEnsure correct application of transition methodology to each transition being managedStakeholder Engagement:Be primary point of contact for transition-related matters.Collaborate with leadership and external partners to align transition strategies with organisational goals.Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to keep them informed and engaged throughout the transition process.Develop and execute communication plan to keep colleagues informed about transition developments.Change Management:Develop and implement change management strategies to support successful transitions.Facilitate training and development programs to help colleagues adapt to new processes and systems.Monitor and assess impact of transitions on performance, engagement and adjusting as needed.Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for improving processes transitioned and implement best practices.Collect and analyze data to evaluate effectiveness of transition initiatives.Skills RequiredProven ability to work with different stakeholders, excellent stakeholder management and client handling (domestic & international) skillsExcellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skillsProven ability to manage change in a fluid, dynamic and evolving environmentTrack record of excellent project execution / delivery preferredUnderstanding of metrics, process improvements, lean and six sigma would be helpfulProficient with MS Office - MS Excel and MS Power point in particularLSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
