Job Description
Job Overview
To oversee the day-to-day operation under the Crew License vertical in a seamless manner and in compliance with the regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the regulatory agencies for process enhancements and effective implementation for seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with respect to Training and Licensing documentation of inducted crew
- Endorsement of crew licenses for PIC and Co Pilot Rating, on completion of training as applicable for specific fleet and in compliance with the training manual
- Renewal of crew licenses (CPL/ATPL, FRTO, COP-RTR,IR) to ensure crew continue exercising the privileges of their respective licenses
- Renewal of Class I medical to ensure crew can exercise the privileges of their licenses for flying duties
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies towards documentation and follow up on endorsement and renewal applications
- Propose changes and amendments which are cost effective to provide optimal utilization of crew for line operations
- Sound Knowledge of DGCA Regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills and process driven
- Good Leadership qualities
- Analytical and planning skills
- Proficient with MS Office
- Minimum 6 years of experience in aviation industry
- Previous experience in Flight Operations preferred
- Conversant with working of eGCA
- Minimum Graduate from a recognized university
