About Evalueserve University
The Evalueserve University has been established to design and deliver a Global Learning Strategy that is integral to business success. New Graduate onboarding, role change step-up programs, and leadership skill development workshops to specialized programs in domain-specific knowledge, digital skills, technological skills, and more, the Evalueserve University has been pivotal in strengthening structured learning opportunities. What you will be doing at Evalueserve:

• Partner with Corporate Finance/Lending services business leaders and SMEs to design and deliver learning programs that develop key competencies in areas of M&A Advisory, Deal Execution and Commercial/Corporate Banking

• Manage, enhance, and deliver our signature boot-camp training programs for new hires across key centers globally
• Collaborate with Operations to identify training and development needs for on-role analysts, plan monthly calendar and deliver ad-hoc trainings round the year
• Identify and develop new learning content in the form of e-learning modules, presentations and learning videos that can be accessed by teams globally through our learning platform
• Monitor training quality and effectiveness and ensure the training program is aligned to the business needs of the Group, also develop new programs to meet emerging training requirements.

What we're looking for:

• 7-14years of experience in areas of M&A Advisory / Deal Execution / Lending Services / Investment Banking
• Core Skills (Required): Thorough understanding of financial statements, Company Valuation techniques such as Relative Valuation and DCF, Company Profiles, Industry Research, Pitch Books
• Core Advanced Domain Skills (Good to have): Merger modelling, LBO modelling, Confidential Information Memorandums, Management Presentation
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
