Job Purpose

Circle TES Delivery PM is responsible for -Service delivery. This role will be accountable for Project Planning, Asset management, Implementation. Schedule regular review meetings with internal teams to ensure customer deliverables as per agreement. Also ensure Committed SLA\'s are maintained during service delivery life cycle management.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Accountable for end to end Enterprise/Carrier customer links delivery and customer experience management as per standard design.
• Delivery of fixed line services as per standard timelines and Order closure for revenue realization.
• Acts as a SPOC to manage escalation for all Service delivery and maintain committed TAT for enterprise/carrier customers, Lead a team that delivers and maintains fixed line services as per committed TAT and SLA\'s for Enterprise customers both domestic and global.
• Governance of MS partner / Off-net service providers to reach delivery SLA.
• Asset/Material management for deliveries for SD orders.
• Engagement with cross functional team to improve delivery time line and support business to accelerate the revenue realisation.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• Good stakeholder-management skills to interface with posting PM, Circle cross functional teams and Business Team.
• Hands on experience of transmission equipments like ECI, Huawei (OSN), NEC, Ceragon, Ciena, PINE, UBR.

• Good knowledge of Transmission, Ethernet / SDH / DWDM / OTN / Packet Network Technologies and testing equipment\'s.

• Good knowledge of provisioning / planning / installations & commissioning / testing in NOC environment (on PDH / SDH, DWDM, EoSDH).
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills, able to articulate technical concepts into documentation.

• Asset Management-Material procurement life cycle process. (PR/PO Generation/coordination with OEM for material delivery/service in case of lease line from other opco.
• Experience with Data Networking platforms and Enterprise products & services
• Project Management and people skills.

Must have technical / professional qualifications

• B-Tech Electronics and Telecommunications with 4-10 years of experience in the field of project management, Data Communications, Telecom and networking.
