About Team Our team works closely with our US stores and eCommerce business to better serve customers by empowering team members, stores, and merchants with technological innovation. What You\'ll Do Promote Walmart\'s culture of high performance for Retail Tech Operations Team. Build, empower, and coordinate talented operations focused teams in the practical application of continuous improvement tools to drive significant business impact and culture. Drive the team to coordinate with Site Merchants and other Cross Functional Business Partners to ensure item lifecycle related issues are resolved within the defined SLAs Work proactively to identify and ensure Retail Teams and Suppliers concerns are resolved, using own judgment or consulting others when needed. Monitor for data related spikes on RTs and leading the troubleshooting & triage Represent and lead the Retail Operations Team in critical Product Launches, Annual Events Provide key insights into Daily, Weekly and Monthly KPI and Forecasting reports Liaise with cross-functional teams like Engineering and Product Teams till the item is ready for publishing Prepare, review, and analyze business reports, and use information to identify operational improvements (e.g., production and quality) Build consensus and relationship between associates across the globe Supervise and manage associates in area of responsibility Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule and coach the new hires and associates for a disciplined operations Provide Inspired Leadership for the Team Who You Are You are a proactive problem solver who operates effectively and independently, even in areas of uncertainty and ambiguity You can successfully interact with executive leadership and stakeholders You have a \'customer service\' approach to solving problems You can simplify strategy into simple actions You have excellent data analytics skills with a strong focus on execution You empower and inspire your team to take action and embrace the mindset that, \'Everything can be made better\' You have a passion for Operations and always looks at End2End perspective Your Qualification Any Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent with 7+ years of work experience in IT/ITES Industry and 5+ years of relevant experience on E-Comm Operations Prior working experience in JIRA, Tableau, Power BI, MySQL, Hive preferred History of fostering strong cross-functional relationships between engineering and business stakeholders alike Experience in establishing, measuring, and meeting KPIs metrics, and managing complex on-the-fly operational concerns Self-directed, well organized and have good follow-up skills.
