Manager - Technology

Job Summary

We are seeking a Technology Manager to join our Dynamic team at Yokogawa IA Technologies India (P)
Ltd. Manager is expected to architect and deliver enterprise solutions, Drive Technology Initiative,
Mentor and Coach technical staff, manage small teams and client relationships, and develop and mentor
junior team members. In this role, you can expect to integrate information technology into the fabric of
Industrial Automation/Digital Transformation/ Industrial IOT & related businesses across the breadth
and depth of their value chains.


Mandatory Skills

• Passionate technologists with 12+ years of professional experience and a strong foundation in
• Desktop / Mobile / Web / Cloud Technologies ; Custom web/mobile development in Java and
• .NET, Cloud Solutions in Azure and AWS, Data, IoT, Analytics and Data Science.
• Strong experience in designing &architecting software products/solutions in Industrial
• Automation Domain.
• Strong experience in handling the full spectrum of systems aka. Legacy/Modern. And an ability
• to form practical strategies to handle the same
• Demonstrated Analytical, Creative and Decision making skills in challenging situations
• Understands the dynamics of intra team behaviors and the ability to understand and interact
• with other teams like QA/Ux/IT etc\xe2\x80\xa6
• Experience architecting technical solutions for complex problems and delivering them to
• technical and non-technical audiences
• Good Knowledge on Enterprise architecture, frameworks, associated tools and technologies.
• Hands-on in Design and Architecting solutions , Frameworks, DevOps Strategies and CI/CD
• Pipelines
• Is a hands-on on technology, enthusiastic and able to lead & drive innovation
• Ability to envision Technology roadmaps and drive development teams
• Strong Estimation and Review skills
• Strong in Debugging and Troubleshooting.
• Experienced in Solving and Mitigating Technical Risks
• Demonstrated project management experience - planning, estimation, execution, issue/risk
• management and resource management/allocation
• Ability to Lead technical teams, Enthusiastic about coaching and mentoring development staff.
• Ability to become a trusted advisor by building and managing relationships with partner teams,
• colleagues, vendors, and other industry professionals

Education:
Master\xe2\x80\x99s, or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science / InformationTech /Electrical
/Electronics /Instrumentation/ Chemical engineering.
